The Diana-Hoover Oil rig is located between 140 (Freeport) and 200 (Houston/Galveston) miles south of the Texas coast. This rig was one of the largest under takings that the Gulf Coast has seen in the way of oil rigs. The rig itself drills from both the Diana and the Hoover fields.
